- Intelligent street name plates -

This intelligent street nameplate is equipped with an invisible micro-camera and a transmitter controlled by an infrared presence detector.
As soon as the infrared detects a vehicle or a person, the micro-camera "wakes up" and sends video images by radio to a recording receiver located a few tens of metres away in a vehicle, a building or a mobile station.

- Halt police -

This sign is equipped with a micro camera and a radio video transmitter. Its special feature is that it displays in real time the movement of vehicles at the approach to a road checkpoint.

When a driver who is committing an offence (e.g. no licence, high alcohol levels, criminals etc.) see the warning that there is a checkpoint 500 m ahead, they could make a U turn to avoid it. It's then that our device comes into play, as thanks to its camera and video transmission the police forces will have the identification of the vehicle that is attempting to get away from the checkpoint. The police can then apprehend the driver later or follow them.
